This is a mask extender/ear saver.
The finished size.is around 5 in. I used scrap cotton for mine. I also used cotton blend and both work well.
You will need to know how to do foundationless half double crochet. In the pattern you will use HDC and slip stitch. You will need two buttons, and needle for sewing buttons and weaving in your ends.
