Shell Shawl
by Sandra Petit
This shell pattern can be used to make a scarf or a shawl. You could adjust the foundation chain to make an afghan as well since the multiple is given. You can use any worsted weight yarn to get these sizes.
For a scarf you would need about 8 ozs - a little more than one skein of I Love This Yarn though if you’re not picky about length you could make do with one skein.
To work the cranberry, sungold and desert glaze shawl I used 3 skeins
of 7 oz. I love This Yarn. You could probably add another 8 rows with that yarn to make it 17 or 18”.
The shawl pictured 15” x 77” using a chain of 196 and working 32 rows.
