A made-to-measure pair of high-waisted shorts with elastic to fit any size and to get you in the springtime and summertime mood! It is designed for a woman’s fit, and easily customizable for a man’s fit as well! Created with primarily the shell stitch, so it is simple to follow. Let’s Shellebrate the warm weather in these shorts!

You can use whatever yarn you want to make these! And if you don’t meet gauge- THAT’S FINE. Just make sure it fits you <3.

Materials:
 250yd of 4ply Aran weight yarn each in 3 colors (I used Caron simply soft and Flecks loops & thread yarn)
o The amount of yarn needed will depend on your size. The amounts I listed were for myself who typically wears size large in shorts.
 5mm crochet hook or whatever hook is needed to meet gauge
 Tapestry needle
 Scissors
 Tape measure
 Stitch markers
 Sewing needle
 Thread
 Elastic (I used 1/8th of an inch)
o The amount is about 2-3 inches less than your waist measurements. Using less than your measured waistline allows for more stretch and a better fit.
