- tapestry needle for weaving in ends
- 1”/2.5cm wide elastic (length stretched to comfortably fit waist or high hip)
- large safety pin or bodkin
- sewing needle
- matching thread
Gauge
- F hook: 3 shells = 4 inches
- H hook: 2 shells = 3 inches
- I hook: 3 shells = 5 inches
Skirt is worked flat, top-down in one piece, finished with a back seam and folded-down waistline elastic casing.
