This skirt is made with 2 strands of worsted weight cotton 100% yarn that works in rounds from beginning to end by combination of mesh stitch and shell stitch.

This skirt has 2 design potentials. One is continuous combination of shell stitch and mesh stitch from beginning to end, or start using only mesh stitch whenever you like.

This skirt is designed featuring the character of stitches that mesh stitch hangs down the silhouette by it’s own weight and shell stitch spreads out the silhouette.

The waist belt is made stretchable. Stitches are worked in rounds along with 3 mm elastic band. This simple method is neat and clean finish and most importantly very comfortable to wear all day long.

The waist string with fringe finish is attached as an accent and can be useful when the skirt is pulled up to the chest and worn as a dress.

The pattern includes the instructions to customize the size & length and photos and video to help you right through.
