Abbreviations

K: knit a stitch
P: purl a stitch
Pm: place marker
ssk: slip-slip-knit through the backloop
k2tog: knit two stitches together as 1 stitch

Workflow:

Both hats are worked in the round bottom up. The instructions are written out for my brown version and the changes made for the white version are listed all the way at the bottom of the pattern. The amount of cast on sts remains the same and the way the sheep are worked up, also remain the same, the only difference is the ribbing and the number of sheep.

Materials

Around 100 meters of dk yarn in colour 1
Around 50 meters of dk tarn in colour 2
I do not know the exact meters but this will definitely be enough.

Short/ double pointed needles 4.5 and 5.mm needles. You can also use longer needles by using the magic loop method.
