Back Loops Only (BLO)

Size: Pattern is Written for Baby - 14 inch,
With bigger sizes in parenthesis
(Toddler 16 inch, Child - 18 inch,
Youth -20 inch, Adult - 22 inch)

Gauge:
To adjust hat - 3 rows = 1 inch (hat band)
