uper cute shortie socks that let you play with pretty sock yarn, with a simple pattern that can run the whole way down the foot. What more could a sock knitter want? These socks are really comfortable to wear and because they are shortie socks will knit up in no time.

You will need a single full skein of sock yarn and your preferred sock knitting needles. I recommend 2.25mm (US1) or 2.5mm (US1.5) dpns or sockwunder needles. This pattern is written for cuff down socks and using dpns or sockwunder needles. But if you have small feet then you should get 2 pairs of socks out of a single skein.

Sherbet shorties are a cuff down sock with a Strong heel and a wedge toe, but if you are an experienced sock knitter, mix and match to your preference.

Gauge is 6.5-7.5 stitches per 2.5cm or 1 inch.
