The Sherbet Cardigan Pattern is a super chunky, squishy, oversized cardigan ideally suited for beginners. There is an option to add a ribbed collar to the cardigan as shown in photos.
This pattern is available in 3 sizes: S-M, L-XL and 2XL-3XL.

Suggested Materials:
10mm circular knitting needles
12mm needles (straight or circular is fine)
9(11)13 x 100g balls of Chubbs Super Chunky 100% merino yarn or similar super chunky yarn (100g/65m)
If you opt not to add the ribbed neckline you will need one ball less.
The colours used in the example are Sky x4, Candyfloss x3 and Teal x2
Tapestry/embroidery needle for weaving in ends
Row marker (a small elastic band/a ring or a small loop of yarn works just as well)

Techniques used are basic knit and purl, increasing stitches, knitting in the round (magic loop). The optional ribbed neckline requires picking up stitches. All of these are easy to learn and I’ve linked to helpful videos in the pattern to walk you through anything you don’t already know!
