Sheriff Howdy is looking for a deputy! Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the sheriff is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). This little doll is knitted mostly in stockinette, and uses a 3-needle bind off to finish the hat.

NEEDLES
A pair of 3.75mm single pointed knitting needles (US 5)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; up to 25g in each colour

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, star button for the badge, embroidery thread to decorate, and a 3.5mm crochet hook to work a single crochet chain for the hat band.

SIZES
One size only - Howdy is 14cm tall (including the hat).

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
