Sherlock Vest
Sherlock Vest is worked in one piece from the top down: first from the neck opening to the armpits flat, then joined to work the rest of the body in the round with an optional decorative colorwork panel and ribbed hem. The upper part is shaped with increases along the faux shoulder seam and the neck opening. In the end, the vest is trimmed with a ribbed neckband – either folded (double) crewneck, or a loose turtleneck, and ribbing along the armholes.
This tutorial gives you detailed step-by-step instructions for the whole process, including written instructions, charts (optional) and video-tutorials.
