Sherman
Sherman ~ a trendy ear-flap hat that features a cable effect pattern worked without the need of a cable needle that matches the same stitch pattern of my previously published sweater design Lambrusco along with matching mitts for a stylish wardrobe essential to help keep our Kidz warm and toasty during the colder months
Featured in volume two of Kalendar Kidz due to be released Summer 2015
Designed to fit:
18“ slim all vinyl dolls with a head circumference of approx. 11” (28 cm) like my models Lena & Leroy from the Kidz n’ Cats ® series & comparable sized dolls like Magic Attic ® dolls
Construction:
Ear-flaps worked first, placed on hold then joined to main body and worked in one piece to crown, then seamed. Optional embellishments added at completion like added tassels and/or pom poms along with optional edging like a contrast blanket stitch or chain stitch worked along edges at completion. Mitts worked from cuff edge in one piece including thumbs, then seamed at side
