October 2014: A new release of this pattern is now available! Rincon Romper

This piece is by far my favorite in the book….who doesn’t love ruffles on a baby’s bottom??? Though it is the best part of the pattern, the “ruffle butt” can be omitted if desired, and you will still have some nice little detailing on the backside. The pattern also uses snap (or button closures) for the legs for easy diaper changes and an open neck for easy putting on. Bodice of the romper is shaped with both back details and a sweet little braided cable on the bib.

This pattern does have a crochet edge around the armholes, to complete the finishing.
