Shifted Pillars Cowl
This pattern is a great project to try your hand at mosaic knitting. The Shifted Pillars Cowl is the second addition to the Shifted Pillars collection. The pattern features vertical I-cords, mosaic textured knitting, and a folded brim. The pattern calls for two full skeins of worsted weight yarn in two contrasting colors. This pattern is a one size fits all universal pattern.
The gauge for this pattern is measured from the end of one i-cord to the end of the next and is about 2”.
Materials needed:
Needles/Hook: US 5 and US 8 circular needles on 22” cable, Crochet hook (F) 3.75mm for cast on.
Notions: Tapestry Needle, Scissors, Stitch Markers, Scrap Yarn.
Yarn: 2 full skeins of contrasting colors. 1 skein Main color and 1 skein Contrasting Color. You will use the entire skein of your main color (MC). The sample is in Malabrigo Yarn Worsted.
Enjoy the pattern and happy knitting!
