YARN
Approximately 1200 yards/1100 meters lace weight yarn, split equally between three colors (A, B, and C). Shown in Malabrigo Lace, colors 601 Simply Taupe (A), 069 Pearl Ten (B), and 063 Natural (C).

NEEDLES
US #9/5.5 mm for working flat - or size you need to get gauge.

NOTIONS
Scrap yarn, tapestry needle, spare needle or stitch holder. Optional: blocking wires or pins.

GAUGE
20 stitches and 27 rows = 4”/10 cm after blocking, using three strands held together at the same time. Gauge is not crucial for this pattern but it will affect yarn use and finished measurements.
