This bag has a solid base and a body of shells that shift in every other row, hence the name.
The size of the finished bag is completely up to you. I will give the numbers of the sample bag as a guideline, but you can make it any size you want. Because of this you can also use any yarn you happen to have around. Although I do suggest cotton or something of similiar strength.
