Shiny
“Shiny” is a simple and comfortable, deep V-neck pullover.
It is worked seamlessly from the top-down.
The upper back is cast on first and the triangular shape is produced with German short rows. The back is set aside at the underarm and stitches are picked up along the cast-on edge for the fronts. They are knit straight with slipped stitch edge (SSE) to the underarm, then joined with the back. The body is finally joined in the round at the tip of the V and tapered to the hem.
Sleeves stitches are picked up around the arm opening and worked down in the round. The body hem and cuffs are worked in twisted 1×1 rib and finished with I-cord edging.
Do not pull yarn too tightly when working SSE.
This pattern is written in English, and has been professionally edited and test knitted.
