This pattern is not for the faint-hearted. It’s an advanced pattern that requires some serious yarn management skills. I highly recommend using bobbins.

That being said, it looks great with the other blocks in my coastal series (many of which are also free on Ravelry) and can be combined with them for any size blanket you would like, from a throw all the way up to king size.

However, this individual design can also be used for pillow, a tote bag, a placemat, a table runner, incorporated into a sweater, cardigan, or anything else you can think of. The only limit is your imagination!

All yarns, hooks, techniques, and yardages are only recommendations. Feel free to change these based on your preferences and project. In addition to standard and mini C2C, this chart can also be used for mosaic crochet, tapestry crochet, cross stitch, or any other project that uses a chart. Because charts are cool like that.
