Shirring Cape
by Rina K
It’s a vintage and romantic cape that modernly reinterprets the shirring detail of the 1800’s Western costume. The neckline can be adjusted to be worn from babies to young teenagers, giving points on coats and dresses as well as warmth effects, and can be matched with other outfits for a special day or party look.
