Inspired by the wavy patterns made by a shoal of fish swimming together in the ocean, this headband will make you dive into deep tropical waters.
Knitted flat, it starts with a provisional cast on. The wavy cable pattern is made of ktbl cables over a purl background.
Using less than 20 grams of DK yarn, it is a perfect project to use your favorite mini skein or a beautiful leftover.

A photo tutorial for grafting in pattern is available on my blog: https://soleneknits.com/knittingtutorials/provisionalcaston
