Shockingly vivid socks to get you through the dark days of winter! Worked using Magic Loop from the toe-up with an afterthought heel, the colorwork makes this project engaging the whole way through. Use up the leftovers from your last fingering weight project or head to the yarn shop to pick out an exciting color combo so these electric socks can warm up your feet this winter!

Needles & Notions:
Size US 2 / 2.75mm 32” or 40” circular needle for Magic Loop (for the colorwork section)
Size US 1 / 2.25mm 32” or 40” circular needle for Magic Loop (for the toe, heel, and ribbing)
Tapestry needle, smooth waste yarn in fingering weight

Sizing:
S(M, L, XL)
Finished Circumference:
6.25(7.75, 9.25, 10.75) inches;
16(19.75, 23.5, 27.25) cm
These socks are meant to be worn with 0.75” negative ease to 0.75” positive ease using the circumference measurement taken at the ball of your foot. Sizing is limited due to the colorwork repeat; if you are in between sizes, positive ease is much more forgiving when dealing with colorwork socks. You also can adjust needle size accordingly to manipulate the sizing to better fit your foot.
