This shopping bag is my own design - a stretchy netted body, with two handles that fit perfectly over your shoulder. The two that I take shopping every week fit all of my groceries, and easily hold quite a lot of weight from wine bottles and beers to produce and packaged foods.

This pattern can be completed by crochet beginners using a size J crochet hook and two 120 yard skeins of any worsted weight cotton, like Lily’s Sugar ‘n’ Cream.
