Short-faux heel slipper sock
I hope this pattern works out as well for you as it did for me!
Update: after wearing these slippers almost all day, every day, for about a month, I have to say that the toe is getting a bit saggy/floppy, and the cuff is most definitely loose. I will have to modify this pattern when I have the time. I’ve already got an idea how to do it.
Warning: After a couple of months, these slippers developed a hole in the bottom. This could just be from walking on wood floors and stone tiles, and if you have carpeting, it may not be a problem at all for you. But I would recommend that, at least for the bottom of the slipper--meaning, the area between the heel increases and decreases--you either hold two strands of yarn together or work in both loops of the stitch rather than blo.
Items made from my patterns are intended for personal use, sale, or world domination--as long as I get a parking space wherever I want once the world is yours.
