Skort dress for the Lottie doll.
The dress has a pleated skirt and short sleeves.
The dress is worked buttom up and the sleeves are raglan.

The pattern is made from my pattern ‘Long pleated dress for Lottie’, but the dress is shorter. The rib (for making the pleated skirt) is 3x4 instead of 4x4, and knitted with a US 2½ needle, which makes it look more A-line.
