Pattern states “One size garment to fit up to 97cm (38in)”. Given the larger measurements in the schematic, however, the aforementioned circumference must refer to the natural bust circumference, not the finished circumference.

The schematic shows the Front hem width as 62cm (24.5in), the same width extending straight up to the underarm seam, presumably at- or near the bustline. This means that the total Finished bust circumference is the same as the total hem circumference: 124cm (49in).

Unfortunately, the designer failed to include the sleeve width and height (above underarm seam) on the schematic. Only the sleeve length for the portion below the underarm is shown next to the schematic.
