Short Sand Beach
Part of the Oregon Coast pattern collection.
Oswald West State Park used to have a beautiful walk-in campground, with gigantic trees hiding the sites and a short walk along a little creek to Short Sand Beach. Here, piles of large driftwood trees littered the beach, creating little private nooks to hang out, have a campfire, watch the ocean and collect shells and sand dollars.
This triangular shawl is worked top down, started with a long cast on and worked down to a point.
