ShortStuff is a garter stitch slouchy beanie. It is made with short row stripes that meander from side to side, using 2 or 3 colour yarns to create a unique and fashionable hat.

The hat is knitted sideways to a length that measures the circumference of your head. The brim is picked up and knitted in the round

Materials:
Fingering version: 2 or 3 colours of fingering/4ply yarn (up to 70g in total). Needle Size: 3mm (US 2.5) circular needles

DK version: 2 or 3 colours of DK/Worsted yarn (up to 102g in total). Needle Size: 4.5mm (US 7) circular needles

Tools:
1 spare needle of similar or larger size for a 3-needle bind-off; Crochet hook for a provisional cast on (optional); waste yarn; yarn needle and measuring tape.

The pattern contains step by step instructions, support pictures and links to video technique help sites.
