This capelette is knit entirely in garter stitch and shaped using short rows. Because it is knit in garter stitch, you do not have to worry about knitting the wrap with its stitch.
It is worked sideways from the left front around the back to the right front. Stitches are picked up along the shorter curve for a collar. Stitches can also be picked up along the longer curve to knit a bottom border.
This capelette is knit in an aran weight yarn and presented in two sizes; these sizes can fit a really wide size range of people. This range could be extended by using a bulkier yarn with a corresponding size needle.
