Show Us Your Stuff is a mix-and-match stitch sampler shawl designed specifically to showcase hand dyed yarn (hence, Show Us Your Stuff!). Personally, my stash is full of single skeins of hand dyed fingering weight yarn that I bought while traveling, received as gifts, exchanged in a yarn swap, or just plain couldn’t leave the store without. But finding a pattern that works well with a bold variegated or speckled yarn can be tough.
Here’s where Show Us Your Stuff comes in. It is a simple boomerang shape that makes for easy knitting. The pattern includes a 5 stitch patterns that can be mixed and combined as you’d like, with each pattern showing off the hand dyed colors a little differently. It is perfect for making a dent in your fingering weight stash or giving as a gift!
