Shower Cookie Body Scrubber
Shower Cookies are velvety, luxurious, sugar-free body scrubbers for ALL bodies: Human, Car, Truck, Motorcycle, Appliance, Electronic…. ALL bodies.
These unique & sturdy scrubbers can be used wet or dry for a huge variety of tasks, including showering, dusting, windows, countertops, floors, appliances, electronics, and even vehicle detailing. They are absolute best-sellers in my local craft markets! I struggle to keep them in stock in a low-traffic storefront - more than half of of the customers who enter buy at least one Shower Cookie, in a store hosting 60+ artists!
This pattern is designed for market sellers to be able to bring an all-new, intriguing, and highly profitable design to their own area. When I say highly profitable, I mean you only have to sell TWO at $5.00 each to hit break-even on your pattern and materials costs. At your third cookie, you’re already generating profit from them. Your market conditions may allow a higher asking price.
They are conservative with materials, enabling you to make 10 or more from one skein of yarn. They are also easy & quick to make, helping you fill inventory on short notice.
This digital download includes clear pattern instructions, a photo tutorial separated from the written instructions (in case you want to print without photos), and
BONUS: a two page Seller’s Supplement completely full of useful tips and information to help you sell them like hotcakes.
For your first cookie, you will need some scrap 3 or 4 weight cotton - 3-5 yards, polyester 5 weight yarn (blanket, chenille, velvet) - 20-30 yards, an H hook, an N hook, and a sturdy tapestry needle with eye wide enough for 5 weight yarn.
Stitches used are Slip Knot, Square knot, Chain, Half Double Crochet + Increase & Decrease (instructions provided), and minimal rudimentary sewing (instructions provided).
Designer Support is readily available with Designer’s Contact information imbedded in the pattern.
