Here are some of the knitting skills you need to know before getting started:

Knit Flat (Back & Forth)
Knit & Purl Stitches
Increase & Decrease Stitches

Yarn & Substitutions
Yarn Weight: Super Bulky
Yardage: 350 – 650 yards (320 – 595 meters)
Suggested Yarn: Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick, Fisherman

Needles & Notions
Needle Size: US 13 (9mm) Circular Needles with a 32” (80cm) Cable, or longer
Extras: Stitch Markers (optional)

Notes
Not reversible.
Knit top down.
Knit using the rib, garter & lace berry stitches.
The CO edge is the width, across your shoulders.
This is a rectangle with the sides sewn to create “sleeves.”
Knit flat, back & forth, using circular needles. Circular needles are used to accommodate the large number of CO stitches.
Optional: place a stitch marker after the first 6 stitches and before the last 6 stitches for a physical reminder where the pattern changes.
