Developed a combination of Spike pattern and ladder pattern, flexible fitting
Knit
Purl
yarn over
Slip 2 stitches to the right needle, knit the next stitch on the left needle, and pass over two slipped sts. over the last knitted sts.

Please note that it is a very challenging pattern beyond regular structure and techniques. I have done my best to write things but the knitters really need to have structured thinking.
