This is my 2010 Christmas gift to Ravelers. Sidekicks are quick and cozy ankle warmers to keep the chill from creeping up your pants legs. The mock cable ribbing makes them stay put with no real cabling involved, and the flared scalloped edge gives some warmth to the top of your foot.

These take about half a skein of Malabrigo worsted.
