The pattern has instructions for both cuff down and toe up socks and is written for magic loop, but can easily be modified for double pointed needles.

Yarn

100 g of fingering weight yarn, app. 400 m/ 437 yds per 100 g in two colours, 25-30 g of CC and 50-70g of MC. The sample socks were knitted with Cascade Yarns Heritage (75% Merino, 25% Nylon) in colourway 5640 Cinnamon and Olann Hand Dyed in Ireland Sock Lite in colourway North Star.
