The Silhouette sweater is something unusual: a knit-like crocheted sweater made top-down and seamlessly. It’s a slightly oversized (around 10 cm /4 in. PE) pullover with a mock neck and a raglan construction.

The instructions are detailed, in a step-by-step manner, and include pictures and videos for difficult steps.

You can also sew down the edge as the pictures show if you don’t want to have the mock neck.

The texture has the drape of a knitted fabric, and is made in a DK weight with a larger than usual hook.

It can be made either in a regular DK or with one strand of a silk mohair yarn, if you want a more fluffy effect and don’t mind the mohair against the neck.

For the lilac version I have used 2 threads in different colors: the Peer Gynt is lilac whereas the silk mohair is pearl white. This gives a slightly marled effect.

The pattern includes detailed written instructions, pictures and help videos. The pattern has been tested for errors and fit. See @coifcrochet on Instagram for more pictures.

Size 3XL-5XL are untested, you can receive the pattern for free against providing me some feedback after you’ve finished the garment.
