This is presented in the same gauges as the skirt and bag. It is a bonus pattern. The book was complete but I had a sudden inspiration and just had to stop and add this in. As on the other 2 pieces, the purl side is the right side. The largest size fits larger teens & adults Hats finish to 14, 16, 18, 20, 22”. Hat length is 5.5,6.5, 7,8,8.5” from top of crown to bot- tom of hem. Use Red Heart Sachet for the ruffles.
