The Silver Ruby hat is a simple design with beautiful texture that lets the colours of this yarn shine. The airy lightness of the fabric paired with the fingering weight merino wool makes this the perfect hat for spring or fall (or winter, if you don’t live in Canada. LOL).

It works up quickly, and doesn’t use a lot of yarn! One 100gr skein of any fingering weight yarn will be more than enough for the adult size hat.

The sample was made with about 70gr. of Blossom & Fern Sock yarn.

Using mostly double crochet stitches, this pattern is suitable for beginners. Step by step pictures and instructions make sure anyone can work this amazing hat up in no time!

Happy crochet!
