A dressy, soft pullover, done with the same unusual technique as Steamboater, this begins with a cabled hem band that helps determine sizing, as you pick up from one edge and work circularly to the armholes. Cabled cuffs do the same for the sleeves, and a fourth cable strip becomes the elegant high collar.
