Simone is a gorgeous oversize cardigan knitted from the top down with broad stripes in Handdyed Fat Mohair. The cardigan is deliciously fluffy and has a construction that makes it fit super well, without sliding down the shoulders.

First you knit the back, where short rows are knitted to shape the shoulders, then knit straight down until the back is finished by a ribbed edge. Now the collar is knitted starting in the middle of the back. In continuation of the stitches of the collar, the stitches of the front piece are picked up, and short rows are worked as on the back, after which the front pieces are worked straight down to the rib edge. The side seams are sewn together, and stitches are picked up for sleeves. The sleeves are worked in the round with decreases on top of the sleeve and finished with a ribbed edge.
