This pattern is available for free.

Simone dress is knitted from the bottom. There is a frill over the shoulders and the bottom has a pleated look.
I used Bendigo Woollen Mills 100% 8ply wool but any similar yarn will work. The bottom is knitted with 3.25mm needles and the top in 2mm.
This pattern was designed to fit a 11 inch fashion doll with curvy body.
