Simple arch
by Kuruku
Gauge, hook size, yarn weight not important. This is the arch pattern I used to create a wrap for a friend. I did not design this stitch myself; I found it in a vintage crochet pattern book. It’s lovely and easy, and can translate into a nice firm fabric with very defined arches or some thing loose and lacy like what I did.
Note! I goofed up the pattern. Row one should read as such: ROW 1: Sc in second chain from hook and in next chain, chain 3 skip next 3 chains, sc in next 3chs, chain 3; repeat from across to last 5 chains, sc in last 2 chains.
I’ve updated the pattern on my blog to reflect this change.
Sorry for the screwup… :(
