This pattern is my simple baby sweater made using Stylecraft Special DK. You could also use Stylecraft Special Aran and a 5mm hook to get a bigger sweater.

I have put a small button band on the front but this is optional, you could leave the button band off and have a cute open neck.

I made this with a 4mm hook and using the Stylecraft you get a lovely soft rustic looking but very sweet sweater.

I have had the pattern tested so everything should be ok but I am happy to answer any questions.
