The gauge is not very important for this scarf, but do make sure that your work is loose enough that the braid doesn’t stretch too much.

When I made this, I was using scraps, so the yardage listed here is an educated guess. However, I am also 6’ tall and like long scarves, so if you are shorter, you may need a little less yarn.
