I’d never heard of these until a friend asked me if I could knit her them – essentially a sock-top popping out of your boots, these differ from wellie-toppers in that they don’t fold over the boot. A lot simpler than doing a whole knitted sock, these knit up really quickly in a few hours for each leg. Hope you enjoy, and feel free to comment if you think I’ve made any accidental errors :)

A note on sizing: I made medium; I think that this would fit UK size 10-14 EU 38 - 42 approx so you can then work up or down.
