This is a very simple pattern for a car seat or stroller blanket that doubles nicely as a super cape, doll blanket or anything that your little one can dream up. You begin by knitting the body of the blanket and picking up stitches around it to knit the border. You can increase the size easily by casting on more stitches and knitting to a longer length before beginning the border. The border is knit in 2x2 rib for a nice finish. It knits up rather quickly and gets dragged around for years to come.
