This is a simple crochet pouch that I created in a hotel room before breakfast one morning so I could have something to carry my room card in. It is just the right size for a hotel key card, credit card, or any other card of the same size. I even made two versions: a horizontal one and a vertical one.

This pattern is very easy, and uses the following stitches:

• Ch - chain
• Sc - single crochet
• Hdc - half double crochet
• Dc - double crochet

Materials list:

• Hook G (4.25mm)
• Worsted weight yarn: Approximately 25 yards for the pouch, and 23 yards for a long cross-body strap.
• One button
• Yarn needle

Gauge: 15 dcs x 9 rows = 4”x4”
