Perfect crochet beanie for any size. It’s totally size-adjustable. The ribbing section is long and can be folded up. The beanie you make can be slouchier by adding more rows in the middle section.
You need to know (in US terms):
Chain
Half double crochet (back loops only)
And extended single crochet
This pattern is done with 8ply acrylic bit you can use any 8ply yarn. Wool would probably be nicer, I just needed to use up my black acrylic, and it still tuned out fine :). This simple pattern is also great for adding appliques to the hat.
