Keep in mind
There are countless patterns for earwarmers and headbands everywhere that come down to crocheting a long rectangle and sewing it shut. I freehanded this one, but it’s so simple that there is a chance someone came up with something similar before I did so as well.

This pattern uses the American Crochet Terminology.

Hook size = 5mm
Yarn recommendation
Weight 4 (Alize Burcum Klasik/Batik) about 85m or 93yds
You can also use thinner yarn with 5mm crochet hook to create a very lightweight headband.

Abbreviations
Ch - chain
Hdc - half double crochet
BLO - back loop only
St/sts - stitch/stitches

Size of the finished headband lying flat:
26cm x 10cm (10.2” x 4”)
