Simple and sweet!!! Knit Picks Reverie is soft and light for this design. But any medium weight yarn works great. This is not only beautiful for photos, but made in cotton it can be worn all summer.

Knitting Needles:
10 1/2 (US) / 6.5 mm Straight Needles
Stitch Marker
Row Counter
Sewing Needle
Scissors
2 Buttons

Yarn:

Knit Picks Reverie (shown in beige)
OR any medium 4 yarn.
Yardage: approx. 100 for 6 month, 110 for 12 month, 125 for 18 month
Measurements laid flat and not buttoned:
6 Months: length-13 1/2 in., width-9 in.
12 Months: length-16 in., width-10 in.
18 Months: length-17 inches, width-10 ¼ in.

Abbreviations / Stitches
BO- bind off
k- knit
p- purl
yo- yarn over
m1R- make one right
m1L- make one left
k2tog- knit two together
skpo- slip 1, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over
Gauge:
12 stitches x 18 rows= 4 inches x 4 inches
