It’s the perfect project for newer knitters or accomplished knitters looking for some ‘zen’ knitting between more complicated projects. It has the ‘aaah’ factor big time!

What starts out as perfectly ordinary knitting, turns into the most graceful fabric once it’s been steam pressed or damp blocked. We’ve offered two methods here. Try them both and see which you prefer—we know you’ll knit more than one of these satisfying pieces.

FINISHED SIZES
Wrap: Approx. 18 x 78”/46 x 198cm, excluding 6”/15cm of fringe at each end.
Afghan: Approx. 50 x 60”/127 x 152cm, excluding 6”/15cm of fringe at each end.

Yardages are given for wrap size, with afghan size in parentheses ( ).

Worsted-Weight Version
